Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy

At Keni Cosmetics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! Please review our policy below to understand how we handle exchanges, returns, and refunds.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges unless the product is defective or it’s due to our error.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in the case of product defects or an error on our part.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if there’s been a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.

In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
